Privacy Policy - Customer emails and information will not be made available to any thrid party                                      for any reason.

Shipping - We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA addresses! Other shipping charges are
                       calculated at checkout. We generally ship by USPS, but may also use UPS
                       for packages weighing more than 4 pounds.

Returns -
Returns within the 30-day window are accepted for a refund. However, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount along with reasonable restocking fees when products are returned in less than new condition. Exchanges are processed on a 'Return and Repurchase' basis.

Display-stands Purchased Separately
       -Our Display-stands are made to fit our marionettes. We can make no assurance whatsoever
         that they will fit other marionettes. Buyer assumes this risk.
