Shipping - We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA addresses! Other shipping charges are
                       calculated at checkout. We generally ship by USPS, but may also use UPS
                       for packages weighing more than 4 pounds.

Returns -
   1 - Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund of the purchase price.
   2 - Buyer pays return shipping charges except in cases of a defective item.
   3 - In case of exchange, there is a $10 dollar charge for additional outbound return shipping.

Display-stands Purchased Separately
       -Our Display-stands are made to fit our marionettes. We can make no assurance whatsoever
         that they will fit other marionettes. Buyer assumes this risk. Under no circumstances (except
         in cases of defect) will Display-stands that are purchased separately be accepted for return.
